What is PMP?
PMP is an evolving movement practice. The main aim is to foster enjoyment and awareness in movement, whether movement is practised in lying, sitting or standing.
To this end I am interested in the following:-
In a class we work individually but it is interactive and exploratory which may mean working in pairs or small groups for short periods of time. Sometimes we will just work with the floor, sometimes with the wall and other times with sticks, flexi bands, light weighted balls and fit rolls (inflated tubes).
Sometimes we will cover a whole spectrum of bodywork, other times we may focus on certain aspects of movement or the body.
My wish is that we all develop a greater understanding and enjoyment of our moving bodies.
Classes are run on a Course format, usually of 5 or 6 weeks around school term times.
